Muppet News Flash: Moving Day!

Today is moving day, kiddies!




Since Blogger refuses to budge on the FTP issue, I am taking action. I am moving my blog to a different folder on my server. Sure, I COULD try to follow the complex instructions so that I have less busywork to do to fix the multitude of broken images that is likely to ensue, but the catlike graphic above tells all my feelings when it comes to trying to decipher acres of code.

To tell the honest to gods truth, most of the images were borked anyway and instead of hunting for images across multiple folders on my website, I'm going to just create one blog-centric image dump and be done with it. Yes, I'm still going to have to do a lot of busywork to fix everything, but everything needed fixing to begin with.

The good news is that the blog is pretty much up and ready to go as it is. Had to do a little creative copy pasta into a temporary Blogger account and then letting Wordpress handle the heavy lifting, but it should be in good shape.

I'll try to set up the auto re-direct thingie in a bit before I turn out the lights on the ol' Blogger. Thanks for four years of awesome and easy, Blogger, I just couldn't handle losing my FTP transfer. We had a lot of good times though, didn't we?
