I fully intended on going tubing this weekend, but chose to break in my Schlitterbahn season pass instead.
Either choice was going to be busy this past weekend, but I prefer a little more room to navigate in the river. From what I saw of the Comal, it was essentially bumper to bumper.
I like having enough room to paddle without smacking fifteen other people in the face while I stick my long oars (arms) in the river.
I totally get the EOY, having been around enough teachers over the years. Keep up the pace and always remember that tall, refreshing End Of Year margarita that awaits after that last day! ;)
No idea why the comment didn't show. I usually get an e-mail flag of every activity, even if the poster chooses to delete their own comment. I'm suspecting it was a server issue.
I've noticed one or two of my comments getting dumped on rare occasion. Either way, GRRRRR, Blogger, GRRRR! >:(
Anyway, hope the end is spiffy and that your summer starts off in the most awesome way imaginable! :)
